Merging Technologies at NAB 2013 and Prolight+Sound

New software for complete range keeps Merging ahead of the pack

Puidoux, February 2013: Merging Technologies arrive in Las Vegas in great shape. Booth C3239 will see the fruits of considerable labour in software development on all main products. This comes after a tremendous 2012 which saw the launch of the award winning Horus Networked Audio Converter. Celebrating the first full year of sale at NAB, Horus performed particularly well in the fourth quarter of the year and recordings made with Pyramix and Horus gained a slew of classical Grammy® nominations and wins in three categories.

Merging will also be present in Frankfurt for Prolight+Sound on booth 8.0 K31 and with the two shows overlapping; emphasis will be on promoting the success of the Ovation Media Server and Sequencer in the live and events sector. Ovation and Horus offer unparalled flexibility in I/O and routing in addition to the extraordinary capabilities of Ovation in a playout situation. Also supporting the presence at Prolight+Sound, Merging distributors for Germany, Digital Audio Service will feature the Pyramix and Horus combination on their stand in Musikmesse, 5.1 C78. Particular emphasis will be made on showing ASIO and CoreAudio drivers for Horus, emphasizing the true versatility of the converter and that users of other popular DAWs are also able to enjoy the stunning sound quality on offer.
